1. The Circulation or lending department is one of the key departments in the central library. The circulation department is located near the main entrance of the library. The circulation staff provides basic search and reference services. For housekeeping operations using barcode technology.

2 computer systems are provided in the counter, one for returns and 1 for issues with barcode scanners.

- We subscribed 66 national journals, 17 technical and non-technical magazines, with 9 news papers.
Audio visual Theatre
- One of the unique features of our central library is audio visual theatre. 30 students can watch technical programmes of SWAYAM PRABHA DTH EDUCATIONAL CHANNELS and NPTEL VIDEO LECTURES.

- The students belongs to SC/ST category who are getting scholarships are eligible to borrow the 6 book bank books for 1 semester.

Reprography

- Central library provides photocopying and printing services to enable users to have the resource Xerox copies of their own. This section has one SHAARP Multifunctional Machine through which the services of Photocopy, Scanning and Printing to the users with nominal charges of Rs.1/- per copy.
