OVERVIEW:
Our Training and Placement cell is enable to organize the training and development of students to meet current industry requirements for better placements.
To help students stand-out and gain competitive edge over the others, we stress on developing both functional skills and exceptional practical outlook. The Training and Placement cell works tirelessly towards ensuring employment for all students across various industries and helping budding entrepreneurs in establishing successful businesses. The department organizes activities and workshops at a regular basis to enable students to be effective team leaders and players.
To attain this goal, Training & Placement Cell organizes training on aptitude skills, soft skills, motivational talks, industrial visits, professional certification courses, talent enrichment programs.
The Training & Placement Cell takes care of students’ placement by initiating long-term relationships with companies and industries. The placement cell ensures the competitiveness of students by nurturing entrepreneurship skills and practical skills in students to exploit the industry opportunities.
TRAINING:
The corporate world has become extremely people centric and there is a huge demand for quality manpower. This is essential for the company to remain ahead of their competitors. However there is a gap between what the industry wants and what the student has to offer. All companies recruiting students from various technical institutes look for different technical skills and personality traits before making an offer to the students. In order to sharpen their technical skills and polish their soft skills and make them ready for the corporate world, we offer different training programs which are tailor-made for each student. These programs aim at preparing the students from a campus point of view.
SOFT SKILL TRAINING:
From very first year, we train ur students and help them to develop their communication skills effectively. The students are trained to read, write, and speak in English. The students are also trained in how to deal with stress interviews from day one so that they can crack any interview. Other soft skills like body language, dress code, attitude etc. are also taught here.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT:
Overall grooming and personality development is an essential aspect of training that the Placement Cell focuses on. Training one specifically for existing corporate challenges is a short-term goal. In order to truly empower students, the Placement Cell works on grooming them completely so tomorrow's new challenges can be dealt with effectively. The Cell helps students recognize their skills and shortcomings through a series of tests and workshops. With this information, it provides counseling and aid to facilitate students to work on their respective shortcomings and develop their skills.
APTITUDE AND REASONING:
Aptitude tells about the mental stability and analytical skills of an individual. Companies also use these tests for promoting and training. The goal is to get the right people, with the right skills, in the right jobs. This is one of the main reasons Aptitude Test is conducted by majority of the companies for recruitment. Our trainers discuss the requirements with the companies & recruiters from various sectors so as to know what is expected by them from our students.

Technical classes will be conducted by our experts and make students to understand better the recent technologies. Also they discuss the questions probably asked in the interviews for technical rounds. So the students will be more confident in area of their streams. This takes care of their technical proficiency in the subjects related to Computer Science and core domains. It is tailor-made according to the student needs.
